Skopje Design Week 2011

First edition of SDW or how they like to call it, Zero edition took place from 28th September to 2nd October 2011. The location was the incredibly beautiful Kurshumli an, old Turkish hotel situated in the Old Bazaar in Skopje. The whole organization was conducted by Public Room, actually their new platform Ministry of pleasure. The whole program was combination of different disciplines, all of them in some way connected to the arts and culture.

The Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Department for Industrial Design, took place at this event, with student exhibition and workshop for the youngest participants.

Student exhibition
Participants at the Student exhibition were 20 students from undergraduate and postgraduate studies of Industrial design. The students presented their work through the year with posters and few models.

All coordinated by the professors d-r Tatjana Kandikjan and d-r Sofija Sidorenko.
