   The booklet "Aachen-Skopje-2009 Student Mobility" presents the phases of development of the concept of an urban electric vehicle with work-name "4e4". The ideas about the new vehicle are presented with sketches, pictures and many details.The vehicle concepts are designed for the car-shearing market, to serve different customers and purposes.
     This book is aimed to present the results of the Student Joint project that was realized in spring-summer 2009.
