Ergomics Analysis and Testing

Important feature of IDEA Lab is the human building software RAMSIS in CATIA V5. RAMSIS enables simulation of the human antropometric characteristics in CAD software. Using RAMSIS it is possible to evaluate the ergonomic characteristics of products in the design phase.
 
IDEA Lab is equipped also with a pressure mapping system from XSensors. A dense net of small sensors measures the pressure at the contact surface between the seat and the sitting person. The software helps to present the pressure intensity and distribution at the screen.
